We are looking one individual to enjoy our suite and all amenities we have to offer. We are perfectly located and well situated for City Hospital employees, University students, Downtown workers or outdoor enthusiasts with plenty of trails, paths, nature walks, and river strolls nearby.

• Responsible to pay rent on time
