The basement has one bedroom with attached full bath as shown in the pics. The rest of the basement is unfinished and empty but carpeted which will allow you a lot of extra space for storage.

The basement has no seprate entrance, the tennant will have to use the main door/entrance on the ground floor to leave the house.

There is no kitchen in the basement, the tennant will have to use the main kitchen on the ground floor.

No seprate laundry in the basement, the tennant will have to use the laundry upstairs on the first floor of the house. The laundry will only be allowed on the weekends.

There is no parking spot, the tennant will have to park their vehicle on the street just like everyone else in the neighbourhood.
