Hello, we are three Carleton students that have one room currently unoccupied, and we would like to lease it from May 1st, 2024 - May 1st, 2025.

This location is perfect for those who would like to enjoy what the city life of Ottawa has to offer as it is located between Centertown and the Glebe, and also between major streets such as Bank Street and Bronson Avenue. If you enjoy, going to parks, museums, and shops, this is a great location for walking-distance or quick bus ride activities. There are two nearby bus stops that both go to Carleton, the 10 Hurdman/Lyon, and the 7 Carleton/St Laurent. The 10 makes it slightly quicker to get to school, and the 7 can take you Downtown towards Rideau mall. While the city life is all around this area, this street particularly is fairly quiet and good for studying and relaxing.

Utilities are not included, which will be divided among the four of us accordingly from a month-to-month basis, and rent is due the first of every month.

The room you would get includes a deep closet, a private balcony that faces the backyard, and is situated beside the main bathroom. For extra storage, the basement can be used to place bikes or any other objects that may not fit in your room. Also in the basement, is the .5 bathroom and the laundry unit. The house itself will already be furnished by us and will include some amenities such as utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, microwave, airfryer, toaster-over, kettle, and Keurig.

Get to know us: We are three female Carleton students that have known each other for around two and a half years. Outside of roommates, we are also good friends and would be happy to show you around nearby hot-spots and locations to better acquaint you with the area if needed. We all enjoy being social, but we also take our studies seriously and will not create a chaotic, loud environment. We are very inviting and make the house feel like your own, not only the room itself but the public spaces too.

What we are looking for: A female roommate that is preferably studying at Carleton and can communicate with us to make a happy environment for all us roommates.
