All utilities included i.e wifi, heat,hydro, gym. Laundry is available in the building and it is common for all residents and it is paid.

Property address is 3050 Pharmacy Ave, Scarborough, ON M1W 2N7. Property is close to all major highways and convenience stores.

Parking is available on request with management and will cost extra and could have a waiting period to get a spot.

Extra storage place available to store bags. Rent will be due on 1st of each month and would be accepted in cash/e-transfer.

No smoking/drinking/ smoking Marijuana is Not allowed. No pets allowed.
