Our basement apartment in the heart of High Park and the Junction area is just a 5-minute walk from the High Park Subway, No Frills, and a variety of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, breweries, and ice cream shops. Plus, it's only a short stroll to beautiful High Park itself!

Our meticulously cared for home contains a total of 4 units and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere in the winter with heated floors, while remaining cool in the summer. The unit features a living/dining room, a full kitchen with ample storage, a 3-piece bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a built-in bedframe and desk, as well as a closet with plenty of storage space. And for extra comfort, the apartment also has in-floor heating and a portable air conditioner (although the unit tends to stay cool in the summer without it).

As a tenant, you'll also have shared use of the front yard and bench. The floors and shower were professionally refinished in April and the entire unit was repainted. It has also been professionally cleaned for your convenience.

Some additional inclusions are the heat and water utilities, with tenants only responsible for their share of the hydro bill (electricity). Internet is also available for use, and street parking is available.
