You will be paying the full rent (utilities included) of $1,200. I have a computer table, computer desk, treadmill and a Queen size bed frame. You can buy them if you want as it will save me the hustle of trying to find a buyer for them. They are all 1 year old.

There’s no parking. I will connect you with my landlord immediately and if you so choose, you may ask to sign another lease on November 1st, 2025.

I have bell fibe internet installed in the unit. So you should be able to get the same service from bell. I can keep mine on for you for the first week or two when you move in.

Unit comes with a/c and air purifier. Cannot find info on the square footage of the unit , when I do I’ll update the add.
