1 Bedroom Apartment for Sublet

My wife and I have lived here for 3 years now and we are trying to start a family and thus starting to outgrow it. It's perfect for anyone moving out on their own or a couple. The location is amazing, with groceries, a pharmacy and multiple fast food joints in walking distance. The unit comes with water, heat, and 1 Gb/s internet through Bell MTS included. There is also a portable AC unit. The landlord says they have a 40 lbs limit on dogs, but they approved ours at 50 lbs and there are several who have come in and out of the building larger than ours so don't worry if you have a bigger dog.



Ideally, we would be moving out for June 1st, but if we can't find a sublet by then, we will have to wait until July 1st.
