There's a reserved parking spot included to be shared and other available to rent or plenty of guest spaces.
Priority will be given to a single young student or professional that is looking for a comfortable, peace and quite place to leave and study. It's ready to move in at any time, it will be preferred long time commitment but I will consider all.
