Hi everyone! I have a wonderful junior 1 bedroom condo downtown (approx 500 sq feet), right by the distillery district in river city, and l'm looking for someone to move in within the next few weeks. Rent is $2200 a month, bills aren't included but they come to around $80 a month for everything.
I moved to Toronto at the start of last year from the UK and I've been living in this condo since March of 2023. I have adored living here, and the area is honestly amazing.
Grocery store around the corner, and amazing transport links.
The building has fantastic amenities - gym, pool, party room, common area. I truly have not had any bad experiences here and I would love to find someone who is going to enjoy living here as much as I have.
I, of course, would need proof of employment, pay stubs and a credit report.
