It has a reasonable amount of cabinet space for dishes, pots, and pans. There is room for a small table with chairs. The kitchen has a new ceramic tile floor. The full size bathroom is new. It has a beautiful 1 piece acrylic bathtub with a canopy. The bathroom received a new toilet, sink, vanity, faucet, and medicine cabinet. There is a wall fan in the bathroom to remove the moisture when showering. The bathroom, living room, and bedroom have refinished hardwood floors. • I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2025. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2025 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2025. If you don’t give 3 months notice in writing to terminate your lease then on September 1st, 2025 the lease would automatically renew on a year to year basis.
