The entryway has a new ceramic tile floor. The kitchen comes with a full size frost-free fridge and a full size glass top stove. It has a reasonable amount of cabinet space for dishes, pots, and pans. There is room for a small table with chairs. The kitchen has a new ceramic tile floor. The full size bathroom is new. It has a beautiful 1 piece acrylic bathtub with a canopy. The bathroom received a new toilet, sink, vanity, faucet, and medicine cabinet. There is a wall fan in the bathroom to remove the moisture when showering. The bathroom, living room, and bedroom have refinished hardwood floors. There are closets in the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom have good size windows facing north to give you a reasonable amount of natural light. • The coin-operated Laundry Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. It has 1 GE commercial washer and 1 GE commercial dryer located on the main floor of 253 Northumberland Street. It is $2.25 to wash and $2.25 to dry your clothes.

• The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $1,275 then your Security Deposit is $1,275. I prefer to get all $1,275 of the Security Deposit up front with the $1,275 in rent when moving in.

• Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. If you choose to bring a dog with you it is $55 per month per dog. I have extra parking spaces at some locations that non tenants can rent for only $59 per month.

• I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2025. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2025 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2025. If you don’t give 3 months notice in writing to terminate your lease then on September 1st, 2025 the lease would automatically renew on a year to year basis.
