The unit comes with Fridge, Stove, and hood fan. Washers, Dryers and Dishwashers are prohibited (Including portable units) inside the rental unit.
We have FOB secured laundry facilities on the floor and it is $3.00 to start to wash depending on your wash settings and $2.45 to dry. We are on the Coinamatic smartcard system and your card can be loaded directly from the mailroom using debit or credit. Tenants are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining rental insurance on the unit during their tenancy.
Tenants are welcome to install their own portable AC units in the warmer season, window units are prohibited. We also have an outdoor pool in the Summer.
We are transitioning to becoming a smoke free property. New tenants will not be allowed to smoke in their units, only on balconies (if applicable) however older tenants who are grandfathered in will be phased in to be smoke free units upon turnover.
Parking is additional and ranges from $150.00-$200.00 per vehicle per month depending on if the spot is outdoor, covered or garage parking.
