Looking for someone to take over my lease at 614 George street, starting June 1st 2024.

This is an incredibly spacious 1-bedroom apartment, both the living room and bedroom have tons of space. You get tons of natural light in the living room in the morning and in the kitchen in the afternoon and evenings. Comes with in-unit laundry. The basement can be used for storage as well. Cats and small-medium sized dogs are also allowed by the landlord.

This apartment is also in a prime location, about a 30 second walk from the front door of the market, and close to everything else downtown. It does not come with parking, however street parking is available.

The lease would run from June 1st 2024 to August 31st 2025. Hydro is included, utilities are separate. The unit will be unfurnished, but some items could be negotiated.
