The apartment is a 1 bedroom with separate large living room and private balcony. There is a nice bathroom and kitchen with plenty of storage place for at least 2 people.

It is a 30 second walk to papineau metro (green line) making it very quick and convenient to get around the city. There is also a supermarket 1 minute away.

In the building there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym as well as laundry facilities.
Maintenance is on-site to help with any needs and there is security on the door at night.

Move in-date would ideally be 11th December but we can be flexible.
