Hello everyone.
I'm looking for a person who is looking for 1 bed 1 bath beautiful whole apartment unit because my new work place is too far from downtown.
It has its own new appliances including stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer&dryer, and full-bathroom with bathtub in the unit. It comes with large balcony:) The building is very warm in winter.
The original price is $1999 hydro per a month, but because I need one immediately, the price will be $1900 hydro per a month with my lease agreement length.

Small gym in the basement of this building and parcel locker in the main floor:)
