My Fiance and I are unfortunately moving to Lethbridge, and as a result, we are leaving our beautiful 1-bedroom 1-bath suite & patio, here at the Uxborough.

We have LOVED living her at the Uxborough, it has been our best rental experience so far. Our Unit (#903) is West facing, looking over the beautiful park and playgrounds behind the building. We have a gorgeous patio that easily fits 4 chairs and a small table (See photos).

Pet friendly. We have a 60lb goldendoodle/labradoodle and she has loved living here. With the building being in a safe neighborhood and backing on a park there are tons of places to walk. There is also a Dog wash in the building.

Location. The Uxborough is positioned a 10 minute walk away from the Foothills Hospital/Arthur Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre. It is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to the University of Calgary, and within 15 minute drive or 30 minute bus ride away from the Rockyview General Hospital.

Renting. Renting here includes air conditioning, heat and water, and amazing amenities such as holiday celebrations with the building, hot chocolate / popcorn/ ice cream on Thursdays and yoga/pilates on Tuesdays& Thursdays. It also has a very clean amenities room with a hot drink machine (has hot chocolate, lattes, etc) and flavored water machine; both of which I use every work day, they're fantastic! The amenities room is spacious and for a reasonable fee of 200 dollars for 5 hours, you can rent it for events (e.g. birthday parties, Christmas get together, etc). I have lived at many buildings and this is by far the cleanest building I have ever lived at; the cleaning staff are working hard and it shows!!

Staff. The manager (Olga) and leasing agents ( Stacie & Kristy) are all very kind, welcoming, and understanding. The leasing agents are quick to answer questions and are always happy to help where they can. Honestly, the kindest leasing agents and manager we have encountered over the years!

Parking. Underground parking that you have to pay for separately. Also has a car wash area you can wash your car in.

Bike storage. There is a secure bike storage room in the underground parkade.

Community. There are a lot of quiet, kind and respectful Healthcare workers, and medical students that live in this beautiful building.

**We move out December 13, and as per the website the unit becomes available December 23 though if you want to negotiate an earlier move in I am sure you can. **

We currently pay 1910/month for this beautiful suite.
