The suite comes UNFURNISHED but I am willing to leave my bed frame side table dresser dining table for the right person.
ALL Utilities included (including internet)! Washer/dryer separate from the landlord so it's private to you.
The suite comes with a full kitchen - microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator. Electric heating in every room and hot water included with rent.
The house is completely secure with your own password-protected door key. There are CCTV cameras on the property as well for added safety.
This is perfect for a UBC student looking for a place close to campus! Working professionals are also preferred and couples allowed. Max occupancy - 2 people. No pets and no smoking in the house.
20 min transit to UBC (8 min walk to Dunbar Loop and then take the R4/49 straight to campus). 10 min walk to Save-On Foods, H-mart and other neighbourhood stores for coffee/food. Very accessible neighbourhood with bus 02 and 07 going to Downtown (35-40 mins)! You can also take the R4 to Oakridge for easy access to a Canada Line Station.
