Hey! I need to move unexpectedly and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until September. To make things easier, I’m willing to pay for May, so you can move in and not worry about rent for your first month. I'm planning to move out on May 9th.



The apartment is in a really convenient spot—there are several grocery stores and gas stations nearby, and it’s right along a major bus route, so getting around is simple even without a car. If you do drive, there’s underground parking available for $80 a month.



The building itself has some great extras, like a shared lounge/meeting space and a whirlpool. There are also nice walking trails close by if you like getting outside.



If you are interested, you'll need to gain approval from the property management company.
