This is a shared room available for girls only, in a modern building located in a great area just outside of the city in the Etobicoke / Lakeshore area.

The room is a master suite, with a view of Lakeshore and the Toronto skyline. There is a large attached bathroom with a stand in shower and a deep walk in closet.

The building is located right beside a highway ramp/exit for the QEW, Gardiner, and Lakeshore. It's a 5-minute walk to a Metro Groccery Store, TD Bank, Scotia Bank, and other shops incl. dry cleaners, Pizza places, convince stores, Starbucks, etc.

It is a 5-10 minute drive to the Mimico Go station, which can get you downtown to Union station in 13 minutes.
