Welcome to my cottage house on cemetery hill. This is a lovely location, you are close enough to downtown to walk if you chose, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful residential environment.
This house was built in 1908, it is a character home MEANING this house requires the right renter who will love and respect its age. The house was renovated 12 years go before I moved in. The owner before me did a great job however little things like, the seals to the door allow new friends to enter at times (tiny bugs), the floors in the living room are not level in all places. Quarters work wonderfully under the legs of furniture :)
House is perfect for a single person and or couple. Outdoor space is wonderful - it has a large backyard, deck, gas & small fire pit, the perfect spot for a hammock, and a gas run BBQ on the deck.

There is no garage, my vehicle has lived on the street for 12 years without issues. Kind neighbors who respect each others front street as their own. (Shed in backyard negotiable)
You can see one of two kitties that have called this place home. I welcome animals with a conversation to ensure both them and the property are aligned.
