I am offering to sublease my apartment for a three-month period from December 1 to March 1. The rent is $1,150 per month, totaling $3,450 for the entire duration, plus a refundable security deposit of $1,000. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A Coinamatic washing machine is available in the building’s common area upstairs, which operates with a rechargeable card.
Additional Details:
• Parking: While building parking is currently full, public parking is available nearby on Queen Street, right next to Dollarama.
• Nearby Amenities: A No Frills grocery store is a two-minute walk away at Anthony's NOFRILLS, 1435 King St W, Toronto, ON M6K 1H9.
• Public Transit: The streetcar stop is conveniently located right below the building.
House Rules: No smoking, pets, or loud noise are allowed.
Fully Furnished: The apartment is fully furnished, including all necessary bedding. You won’t need to bring additional items, but I kindly ask that all bedding be returned in clean condition at the end of the sublease.
