No overnight guest, nor any pet. Allergy free home.
We prefer a man who will be staying longer term, 6 months .
What you will get:
A sleep friendly Bedroom, dark, cool and quiet
An XL Twin bed, with fresh clean bedding
Private Bathroom plus a peaceful sitting/study area
Laundry area is shared
Upstairs kitchen is available to use as needed (some workers do up a week's worth of meals)
Driveway parking for one vehicle with winter plug-in
Utilities, wi-fi, kitchenette with small appliances, dishes, bedding/towels included with a new pillow
*Bring your Air fryer (seems that most men use one)
We are close to grocery stores, coffeeshops, local cafes, banks, fuel. Hillside Neighborhood
What we require:
Proof of Employment, Security Deposit of $300 and one month rent of $800 up front via cash or e-transfer. Month-to-month rent and you give 2 weeks notice to move out. Rent is due the 30th of the month.
We are happy to assist with keeping a reasonably clean downtairs for a monthly fee of $50 if you are just too exhausted from working.
