My roommate and I are fourth-year students at uOttawa and are currently looking to sublet 2 room in a 4-person apartment in Sandy Hill. The apartment is located at the intersection of Wilbrod and Friel (6 min walk from campus).

The preferred move in data would be January 1, 2025. We are looking to sign a lease until April 30, 2025; however, this can be negotiated.

The first room (picture 5-8) is being rented for $1000.

The second room being rented (picture 9-10) is being rented for $750.

The rooms are both fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk! Wi-Fi and Hydro are not included but are estimated to add an extra $50 to the monthly cost per room.

Tenants will also have access to the backyard and an outdoor common area. The bathroom has a shower/tub and will be shared among 4 people.
