Looking for someone to take over my fixed lease ending July 31, 2025.
The total rent $2520.00 includes parking, internet, gas, AC, heat, water and a storage locker. Electricity with Hydro Ottawa is not included.
The suite has full sized laundry and stainless steel appliances. It has SmartOne security and automation including keyless entry and smart wall tablet to control door, lights and thermostat. These can also be controlled by a smartphone app. There is free wifi in the building.
