Top floor of the house, utilities included (unlimited internet), great kitchen, laundry in-house. Ignore the mess of the room, will be fully cleaned out before (closet located behind door).
On street parking or back driveway.
Live with 2 cats :)
1 male roommate (24 yo) and 1 yet to be determined.
2 minute walk to R4 bus and 10 minute walk to Oakridge Skytrain Station.
