This home was built by expert builders and offers water and beach access on both sides of Flowers Cove. That is full deeded access on the lake side of the cove and private access on the cove side right below the cottage.

The Boathouse is 16’ x 40’ with a remote 12’ x 12’ garage door, a cold storage room and a finished Cedar sided bunkhouse at the back with a compost toilet bathroom and a bunk bed and a bedroom so it sleeps 4-5 easily.

Inside the boathouse is extra cedar and pine boards, extra siding, a roll of replacement screen and a big can of stain for the deck.
There is a marina-grade mooring out in the cove for you, if you have a sailboat and/or use it for a raft (a small raft is included). All other boats can be tied up at your private dock. The underground electricity is a bonus- no lines to worry about putting your boat in and out.
There are full RV hookups available inside and out plus lots of room for an RV or two in the 8 car gravel driveway.

Only 15 minutes to Minto which has most of what you need including a grocery store, bank and post office. Plus pizza, Chinese take out and Tim Hortons. 45 minutes to Fredericton or Oromocto.
I am flexible about what stays. 2 kayaks and a rubber dingy can stay.
There are a few tasks that I would have liked to had done but because I broke my shoulder in the spring, a few things got missed. I reflected this in the price. The deck could use a coat of stain and the gardens got neglected.
