The building is conveniently situated next to supermarkets and the Rideau Centre. Moreover, it offers fantastic facilities like a gym, common study areas, a game room with ping pong and billiards, and a spacious kitchen where you can even host parties! There's also a basketball court, a gaming room, and a cinema room. I'm asking for $895 per month for my room, all-inclusive, it’s a lease takeover
